Mr. Arida has successfully represented and advised public sector entities and private investors in complex disputes arising from trade and investment agreements, bilateral treaties, international conventions, and foreign investment regulations, including litigation before Jordanian courts in competition, financial disputes, bankruptcy and IP claims.

International IP & Regulatory Experience

During his career, Mr. Arida served as an Intellectual Property (IP) Lawyer for Yemen, Kuwait, and Syria, handling high-level matters related to trademarks, patents, service marks, trade secrets, and copyrights. He also led legal quality control for over 80 offices worldwide, ensuring compliance with international legal standards and best practices.

World Bank & IMF – Business Ready 2024–2025

Mr. Arida and his firm were nominated multiple times by the World Bank to contribute to the evaluation and analysis of Jordanian legislation, including the Insolvency Law, Tax Code, and the legal framework governing immovable property as security for debt.
In addition, Mr. Arida participated as a Legal Expert with the International Monetary Fund (IMF) in the Business Ready Reports 2024 and 2025, contributing to the assessment of Jordan’s business regulatory environment and investment climate, reflecting trusted international recognition of his expertise in business law and regulatory reform in Jordan.
